A new 285,000 SF, eight-story, free-standing hospital adjacent to the existing Southeast Tower on Ruby Memorial Hospital's campus.
The entrance of the new Women & Children's Hospital aligns with various stories of the existing main hospital with two connecting bridges. Site development and utility relocations include landscaping, pedestrian walkway paving, site lighting, and reconfiguring entries into the current parking lot. Mosites was the sitework, concrete, and general trades contractor on the new 285,000 SF, eight-story hospital.
