Demolition, excavation, and concrete construction for expansion of interior foundations and structural attributes

The West lobby holds all hospital check-in facilities.  Registration has been expanded, centralized, and grouped with financial counseling. The East lobby holds the friends’ gift shop and an enhanced Ruby espresso bistro.The Wellness Program’s Fitness Center was also enhanced and relocated to the first floor of the hospital as a part of the renovation.   Mosites Construction Company was selected as the general trades contractor for the project. Work included selective demolition, excavation, concrete, and general trades construction, demolition, foundations, structural steel beams, columns and exterior walls including precast panels, windows, louvers, roofing, atrium, skylights, and sitework, cast-in-place spread footings, pile caps, mats, grade beams, piers, exterior walls, slabs, columns, shear walls, and site concrete. The expansion and renovation project was completed on time in 2016.
