The  material processing plant  is  a  state-of-the-art  additive  manufacturing  facility  that  uses  3-D  printing  and  traditional  forging  on  an  industrial  scale;  providing  improved  material  strength  3-D  printed  parts.   Target  markets  aimed  to  capture  growing  demand  for  complex,  high  performance  parts  for  the  airline,  automotive,  and  aerospace  industry.  Construction  consisted  of  selective  site  and  building  demolition,  bulk  excavation,  foundations,  walls,  grading,  concrete,  sitework,  storm  water  systems,  fencing,  process  piping  and  plumbing,  mechanical,  rough/  finish  carpentry,  specialties,  structural  and  electrical  systems.
