The project consisted of a 25,000 SF turnkey build-out for two different firms.

When a local manufacturing company moved out of the 31,696 SF 500 Hightower Office Complex, major renovations were needed to convert the raw building into usable office space.  The project consisted of a 25,000 SF turnkey build-out for two different firms.  Work included renovating the entire top floor, half of the first floor, and expanding the existing parking lot.  Each floor has an open concept center with perimeter executive offices.  Additional renovations included new elevator system, restrooms, flooring, HVAC, rooftop units, and owner chosen architectural finishes.
