Mosites Construction Company was chosen by Solutions Consulting to bring uncompromising quality to the construction of their world headquarters in Southpointe, PA. Owner Mark Miller's operative was, "This building must express quality in every aspect. It is paramount to our image, our continued growth and the retention of the talent currently employed here."

Mosites Construction Company brought to the field selected subcontractors, materials expertise, coordination techniques and a commitment to craftsmanship in response to these visions that make Solutions Consulting the gem of suburban office buildings in Western Pennsylvania.

Mosites initially self-performed concrete work, establishing a high quality standard.

As new contractors mobilized, we showed them the quality of work which had preceded them. Mosites Construction Co.'s superintendent, Tim Corbett, inspected the work carefully and had at his disposal a roofing consultant and materials testing consultant along with the engineers and architect to insure quality levels were met. Housekeeping was maintained on a daily basis. Each member of our team played a unique role in reinforcing quality work as it was performed. Compliments were generous as expectations were met and we succeeded in creating an atmosphere one-upmanship. As well, the psychology of our site was that no one wanted to be the first to let down the quality standard.

Once the project achieved substantial completion, we made our firmest statement with regard to customer satisfaction, "any problem you will have with this building five to ten years from now exists presently in some rudimentary form and can be found. Mosites Construction Co. performed an extensive search and punch list with this in mind." We successfully delivered on our promise of quality.

The Solutions Consulting World Headquarters was dedicated on June 23, 2000. In October of 2000, Mosites Construction Co. entered the Solutions Consulting World Headquarters in the Master Builder Association's Building Excellence Competition. Our commitment to quality was recognized by experts in the building industry as Mosites Construction Co. achieved the prestigious "Excellence in Craftsmanship" first place award.
