It has always been Mosites' philosophy that our work force be professionally trained. The educational background of our management team includes eight civil engineers, one mechanical engineer and one architect. Our skilled construction trade personnal have all been through a minimum of four years of apprenticeship training.
Mosites strives to establish long term relationships and partnerships with our customers. We do repeat business with most of our customers often under negotiated and cost-plus contracts. We are proud to include JC Penney Co., Heinz USA, ALCO Parking Corporation, Blackbox, THF Reality, The Port Authority of Allegheny County, The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation among our growing customer base.
Operationally, our equipment fleet is extensive and updated yearly. Our warehouse and dispatching station are centrally located and well organized. Each project is assigned a superintendent supported by a general superintendent and a project manager who is singularly accountable for project success.
